The 8th Annual Charles Orum Memorial Scholarship Foundation is hosting its Scholarship Fundraiser July 23, 2022. The event will take place at Farmhouse Vineyards -THE ARMORY 101 West Webb. ACES Health Fair on the Square

ACES Health Fair on the Square is coming to Brownfield this weekend. ACES (Arnold Community Educational Services) is bringing back the fair with a lot of fun things for kids and adults to enjoy. Mary Jane Jackson with ACES said, “there will be a bouncy house for the kiddos, wonderful music and a car show as well. Anyone is welcome to join us for a fun day at the square”.

Ryno Recycle

Ryno Recycle is bringing Brownfield a means of building a sustainable future and keeping West Texas beautiful. Ryan Owens told The Brownfield News, “ I’m glad that I am able to bring a service to West Texas communities they have been wanting for a long time, a sustainable future for us and for our kids and being able to repurpose those items rather than letting them sit in some landfill”. Ryno Recycle is the first business to offer recycling in Brownfield. Owens said, “ A lot of the bigger recycling companies usually aren’t willing to work with small communities and that’s what I’m trying to build on. We are bringing Ryno Recycle to Lemesa, Brownfield, Levelland, Wolforth and hopefully Ropesville because small towns should be able to have great services like this.” Ryno Recycle is open for business and ready to making an impact here in Brownfield
