Cubs finish summer league at Lubbock

The Brownfield baseball team traveled to Lubbock High on Thursday, July 1 for its final game in the summer league schedule. The Cubs and the Westerners played for the second time in the summer league with the first played in Brownfield. The Cubs took an early lead in the top of the first but watched as the home team went on to claim the lead and get a second win.
