Antonio Galvan January 6, 1934 - December 17 , 2022 Antonio Galvan, a longtime resident of Brownfield, Texas, passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2022, at the age of 88. Antonio died peacefully with his family by his side. Antonio was born in Nuevo Leon, Mexico, on January 6, 1934, to the late Toribio Galvan and Juana Soto. He married the love of his life Estela Lopez on April 21, 1963. He lovingly referred to her as “mi princesa”.

Besides his parents, Antonio is proceeded in death by a granddaughter Ashley Munoz and two sisters.

Antonio was a humble, honest and hardworking man that will be missed by many, but especially his family.

He is survived by his wife Estela; daughters Angela Franco (Allen) of Lubbock, Diana Munoz (Raymond) of Brownfield, Rachel Rodriguez (Jesse) of Brownfield, Estella Franco (Alden) of Allen, and Alma Rodriguez (Frank) of Plains. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; Antonio Rodriguez, Jessye Raye Burkett (Josh), Kaitlynn Franco, Antonio Christian Franco, Roman Franco, John Paul Franco, Ava Franco, Ariel Munoz, Angela Munoz, Keely Franco, Kendal Franco, Alejandro Rodriguez and Angela Rodriguez, also two great-grandchildren; Isabella Franco and Vincent Burkett. His grandkids and great grandchildren lovingly referred to him as Tito. Antonio is also survived by “mi mejor hermano” Toribio Galvan and sister-in-law Maria as well as many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Antonio will be held at 10 am on Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church where he was a longtime member. There will be a family visitation at Brownfield Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, from 10 am to 8 pm with a rosary at 6 pm.
