Fill in sections 13-15 in part C, and sign/title/date in part E. Return in the completed application to your recording county office listed on the application. If you did not receive an application by mail and believe you are eligible, please contact the office and we'll be happy to check on it for you.

The big event is the Firework Celebration Show which will be held at Coleman Park on Friday, July 1 with the Shine, Show, Cruise Car Show beginning at 6 p.m. It will be held at the east side parking area. For anyone interested in the Shine, Show, Cruise there is a $10 registration fee which includes exclusive parking for the fireworks show.
