Final Election Results

The Brownfield News was on hand as votes were tallied at the Terry County Courthouse Tuesday night in the Constitutional Amendment Election.
Eleven propositions were on the ballot and 519 Terry County citizens voted in the election.
Early votes totaled 179 with the remaining 340 ballots cast on election day.
The results were as follows:
Proposition 1: For 239 - Against 273 - Failed
Proposition 2: For 345 - Against 167 - Passed
Proposition 3: For 259 - Against 252 - Passed
Proposition 4: For 330 - Against 177 - Passed
Proposition 5: For 261 - Against 233 - Passed
Proposition 6: For 358 - Against 147 - Passed
Proposition 7: For 386 - Against 126 - Passed
Proposition 8: For 400 - Against 113 - Passed
Proposition 9: For 350 - Against 150 - Passed
Proposition 10: For 353 - Against 153 - Passed
Proposition 11: For 386 - Against 113 - Passed
