One Brownfield man was indicted earlier this week on a felony drug charge stemming from a domestic dispute call for service in June.
Taiwan L. Cummings, 25,was indicted Monday for a first-degree felony charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance PG1 over 4 grams  and under 200 grams.
Cummings was arrested June 9 after Brownfield Police were dispatched to a residence in the 900 block of N. A St.
A complainant called to let police know that a male and female were fighting.
After a pursuit by police, Cummings was arrested for a Class C misdemeanor charge of assault/ family violence involving a 29-year-old female.
Once Cummings was detained, the incident led to the recovery of an undisclosed amount of crack cocaine as well as an undisclosed amount of cash allegedly belonging to the subject.
Besides the felony drug charge and misdemeanor domestic charge, Cummings was also charged with evading arrest and detention.
 Cummings was taken to the Terry County Law Enforcement Center where his bond was set at $55,250 for all charges.
Cummings was held in lieu of bond since the time of the incident.
